1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using linkydrop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
linkydrop provides live anonymous Q&A boards. Board owners can collect questions and feedback from participants. Participants do not need an account.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must not share your account credentials or use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post illegal content, spam, harassment, or content that violates others' rights. Board owners are responsible for moderating content on their boards.
5. Payments & Refunds
One-time plan purchases are non-refundable after the board has been activated. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
linkydrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost data, downtime, or indirect damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email for material changes.
